What is Street Workout?

Street Workout – is the movement of Healthy Lifestyle that unities physical activity, mental and emotional development. Basically Street Workout associated with physical activity, because it`s a fundamental part and it has started as bodyweight workouts. The feature of these workouts is that you can do it anywhere, anytime, using anything you wish and with everyone.

What for is Street Workout?

Street Workout is the movement for those who wants to carry about their health and body using simple types of equipment for function full body workouts. The movement is an alternative (for workouts in the gyms and it gives an opportunity to do it for free.

Who created Street Workout?

Street Workout was created by our grandparents. Physical activity always was a normal part of their development. In 2010 our organization started to bring marketing into workouts and management to the new professional level by rebranding. Till nowadays it`s absolutely renewed form with much more advantages, programs, opportunities and amount of members.

What is Street Workout standards?

Street Workout standards are regulatory document defining the levels and skills. Standards define the norms and levels the fulfillment of which is necessary for the assignment of ranks and classes by World Street Workout and Streetlifting Federation. We provide the standards in each discipline and nomination for athletes of all ages and levels of training. It gives an opportunity to check level and to have a card of goals in different fields of Street Workout: from the very beginning to professionals. These standards were created by the commission of WSWSF.

Streetlifting

Strength sport type in Workout which consist of two basic exercises: pull-up on a bar and dip on the bars performed for one rep in three sets with the maximum additional weight on a belt. The sum and grade forms by the result of two best sets: the best pull-up and dip set.
